Platform
Arabic call insight for real dialects
intella links with your call-recording setup and turns Arabic conversations into structured churn insight, whatever dialect your customers use.
The process
Raw call audio becomes useful insight in three stages.
Import
Link your CCaaS or recording system through an API or secure file transfer. Genesys Cloud, Avaya, Cisco UCCE, and Amazon Connect are supported. Other setups use File Drop.
Recognize
Our dialect-aware ASR detects the Arabic variant in use and selects the matching acoustic and language model. Khaleeji, Egyptian, Levantine, Moroccan Darija, plus four other variants are recognized automatically.
Extract
The NLP pipeline covers: churn signal detection, topic extraction, sentiment trajectory, and agent script analysis. Findings appear in the dashboard within minutes of call completion.
Arabic dialect support
Built for 8 Arabic dialect variants in contact center speech, not generic speech corpora.
Khaleeji
Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti, Qatari, Bahraini
Egyptian
Cairo and Delta regional sub-variants
Shami
Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, Palestinian
Darija
Moroccan with Amazigh and French codeswitching
Sudanese

Yemeni
Sanaani and coastal sub-variants
Iraqi
Baghdad and southern Iraqi variants
MSA
Modern Standard Arabic for formal communications
Connections
Add intella to your current stack without replacing its call-recording setup.
Genesys Cloud
Connects via Genesys AudioHook for real-time and post-call ingestion.
Avaya
Use the REST API with Avaya Experience Platform and legacy AACC systems.
Cisco UCCE
Post-call file connector for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise.
Amazon Connect
Connect an S3 bucket to a Lambda trigger for automated post-call analysis.
File Drop (Universal)
SFTP or S3-compatible endpoint for platforms not natively supported.
REST API
REST API access for custom connections and webhook delivery of results.
Security and data access
Built around compliance needs of MENA banks and regulated telcos.
GCC data location
Call data stays in GCC data centers. Residency options cover Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar, with data kept in the selected jurisdiction.
Data encryption
Stored data uses AES-256 encryption. TLS 1.3 protects data in transit. Audio files are removed after transcription unless retention is configured.
Access by role
Set permissions for analysts, supervisors, and administrators. SSO via SAML 2.0, plus an audit log for each data access event.
Compliance records
Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available before the pilot. Architecture documentation provided for security review. Annual penetration test reports available under NDA.
Watch intella assess your calls
Use a call-recording sample in a technical demo to check dialect accuracy on your own data.
